I am Alberto, a highly-skilled and dedicated Spanish teacher from Spain. I specialize in teaching Spanish both to children and adults, using interactive and fun methods to make learning a language enjoyable and engaging for everyone. As a native speaker of both Spanish and Italian, I bring a unique perspective to my lessons. I have traveled extensively and have a wealth of experience in different roles, including manufacturing, restaurants, and even as an electrician. Hi! My name is Vanessa, I am from Peru and I currently live in Washington State, in the US. Besides being fluent in Spanish and English, I speak Portuguese (C1) and French(B1).

I have been teaching online since 2018. Being a language learner myself, I know what the most common challenges are when learning a language and the most successful ways to overcome them.

In my opinion, the easiest and most memorable way of learning is having fun during the process. At first I consider it important to hear what the apprentice is looking for and based on that, choose how the next lesson are going to take place. However I tend to make my lessons dynamic, interspersing conversations and various exercises including grammar, music and even books. I have a blackboard available to use if necessary and also headphones with a microphone to improve the audio quality.

As each person learns in a different way, we will take advantage of your strengths and work in your weaknesses. The tutoring is designed to improve your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. It will depend on your needs and priorities.

In the lessons we will use whatever resources are necessary to achieve our goals. We will use material of interest to you, such as websites, newspapers, songs, podcasts and videos, etc.

I prefer to speak in Spanish from the beginning (ELE Certified). But if necessary, we will use English (120 hours TESOL Certified). I have lived in Africa and on the border with Brazil for a few years, so Portuguese is another option.
