Hi! I'm Agustina from a small town in Córdoba, Argentina. This town was founded by germans and the have build the first german school in the province. I visited these school and then was when I had my first contact with a foreign language. I have a passion for languages. I love learning them but also teaching them because it is the most natural and efficient way to exchange languages and cultures. In my city, Cordoba, I studied to become a German translator and thanks to an agreement between universities I had the opportunity to do two exchanges in Germany, they were incredible experiences in which I met many interesting people, made friends and visited beautiful places. 

Besides spanish, german and english I also have an elementary level of russian. 

My hobbies are writing in my literary blog, doing sports and yoga, going out with friends, dancing and making crafts.

I work with different materials, I don't like to be glued to a book all the time, but I do like to use it for support and for some important grammatical questions. 

I like to use the material I design as my classes are personalized to the interests of each student. 

The support materials I normaly use are the books Aula Internacional and Prisma, as well as some websites that are excellent in terms of content and design and also very didactic, such as ProfedeELE or TodoELE, among others.

Graduated in Hispanic Philology and Masters in Applied French, I have always kept up with my teaching training and have also completed a CELTA course for English teachers. This further training has provided me with the familiarity to different teaching methodologies, which have proven to be extremely useful in my classes.

I have worked as a Spanish teacher for 13 years, both in-person and online. My job duties typically include designing and delivering Spanish courses for all levels. Also a 13 year-experienced translator. I have recently worked on a project which involved developping Spanish lessons and units to be delivered online, so I am used to creating content of my own.

My teaching method is mostly conversational and based on a combination of skills. I use plenty of audiovisuals and various activities to get students to speak. My constant interest in professional training has allowed me to become familiar with techniques and tools that are essential in today´s second language learning.

My lessons are all similarly structured: a grammar point, a few exercises to get started, then controlled practice, and finally an audio or a video related to the topic.

My name is Daniela. I am from Bolivia and currently live in The Netherlands. I am passionate about helping people who are interested in learning Spanish.  I have 4.5 years of experience teaching at University and working as a tutor. I offer a laid-back type of teaching, yes, we'll use books, worksheets, exercises for homework (should you request them), etc. But the main goal will always be turning the lesson into a comfortable space where you can practice and learn that making mistakes is part of the natural process of learning. Most of my students are at a beginner level, but I also have experience teaching more advanced levels. I focus on grammar, structure and pronunciation, always looking to steer students towards sounding more natural.
