ME AS A TEACHER AND TEACHING STYLE

I consider myself to be an easy person to talk to, patient and fun. I have experience teaching different kinds of students from kids to adults in both online and classroom setting (more than 1300 lessons online + 3 years of classroom setting experience). I have been implementing a combination of the Flipped classroom and communicative approach into the lessons and so far, I have seen  great improvement in my students' ability to communicate. 

TYPES OF LESSONS AND MATERIALS:

Flipped classroom programme: It'll especially boost your Speaking skills in an organised, structured and visual way. Materials will be sent every weekend (video lessons, PDFS, flashcards, grammar games...) and all skills will be covered. In class, we’ll try to practice what you learnt through speaking activities.

Flex lessons: They can be a mix of structure lesson (the one above) and flexible lessons. You can also choose practicing your Spanish through my interactive magazine (B1-B2) which includes: articles, videos, expressions ... In class we can do debates and discussions around these topics.

Conversation programme: Based on the books “Conversar en español I & II”. We’ll do lot of controlled speaking practice. The course also includes access to the Power Points , audio files and notes from the lesson.

My name is Cristina and I’m a Spanish / Catalan native speaker from Valencia (Spain).

- I have 4 years of experience in teaching Spanish as a second language in a secondary school and a private company in Italy and another year of teaching experience in two Secondary schools in England. I also have 3 years of experience teaching adults in online platforms (+1300 hours taught).

My name is Fabiola and I am a Spanish native speaker.

I invite you to join my Spanish Laboratory!. A laboratory is a space where you can experiment and learn through the experience.  In our sessions you'll experience a warm atmosphere where you can feel confident and express yourself in a natural way. The session is designed to integrate conversation, listening, reading and writing practices. Whether you are a beginner or and advanced student, the classes will be tailored to your needs.

The lesson  integrates a variety of interesting resources such as websites, videos, audios, newspaper articles, brochures, ads and so on. With these materials you’ll acquire comprehension skills involving new vocabulary. 

During the lesson I include moments of conversation and reflection about interesting topics. Also, you will be able comprehend the  culture of  Spanish-speaking countries.

Recently I got my Cambridge Certification to teach English, this training has helped me to design a teaching method in order to see Spanish language from English speakers perspective.

I’m a native and qualified Spanish teacher who has been living and teaching in London and other parts around the world for more than 10 years both online and face-to-face.

My experience teaching these subjects varies in ages, from 6 to 87 years old across different nationalities, backgrounds and abilities.

I have a lot of of experience with kids and adults (A1-C2) and GCSE’s, A-levels and DELE preparation, conversation, writing, reading, pronunciation, extra help with homework, etc. I teach individuals and groups.

Hola a todos, me llamo Luis y vivo en Cáceres, España. I live between Madrid and Seville, so my accent is in the middle of these two. I am a methodic teacher, I use "The Thinking Method", combining Transferrable words from English and the most common words in Spanish to build up those sentences to achieve better communication. I also love history and culture (film, music, literature, geography) ¡Nos vemos en clase!

My name is Samuel and I live in Madrid. In 2013 I got my Spanish teacher Certificate and since then I have been teaching Spanish in many language schools -in person and the last two years mainly online due to the pandemic. I have also taught group classes and individual one to one classes in companies. I have also helped many students to pass DELE exams.

I have a Philosophy Degree as well from Universidad Complutense. Madrid. I also really love to talk about a wide range of topics. I enjoy listening and learning from my students.
