Hello everyone! I do not teach A1 A2 levels. I am Itziar and I am a Spanish teacher. I am currently living in Spain but I lived in different countries in the past. I am a native speaker with a neutral Spanish accent. My pronunciation is clear and easy to understand. I love teaching Spanish to international students and I am happy to see them making progress  learning the language. I have three years of experience teaching Spanish to students from all over the world.

I have 3 years of teaching experience. I majored in Languages from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and I obtained a certification to teach Spanish as a foreign language. My classes use a blended methodology that incorporates grammar and communication activities in a laid-back and dynamic way. I have hand picked or created all the materials according to the needs of my students and I often use resources like audios, videos and games to make the lesson more interactive. My main goal is to help my students feel confortable expressing themselves and learn at their own pace.

 I have studied several languages including French, German, English and Italian. My favorite part of language teaching is getting to know the cultures and interests of my students. I have been teaching Spanish and English for more than ten years. My experience has taught me that basing lessons on conversation helps to improve language level more quickly. Grammar and vocabulary can be dealt with as part of the process rather than in isolation.

After a needs assessment, lessons will be adapted to your specific needs, and on this basis I select the best resources available. Learning a language can be a fun ride and by speaking with a native you will realize that you can communicate in Spanish better than you may think.

Any topic can be adapted for learning lessons, whether you like talking about literature, sports, geography or any hobbies you have. I am learning French myself, which helps me better understand the problems language learners face.

Hi! Welcome to my online classes.  

I`ve been teaching languages for five years now and I`ve recently started teaching Spanish, my mother tongue.  

Every class is planned in advance and taking into account the student needs. When the class is finished, I always save a copy of what we`ve gone over, therefore the next class is even better and the material even more accurate and entertaining. I use a wide variety of resources, ranging from the most renowned text books, online exercises, or grammar resources to articles, news, or media in general.  

Whether it`s just for leisure or business, I hope I can help you achieve your goals related to this beautiful language.

I think It`s worth mentioning here a little bit of my background because it adds up to the whole experience. I`ve been surrounded by languages, different cultures and literature since I was a child. I`ve studied languages at school but also on my own for a long time. I was born and raised in Argentina but have lived in Spain for two years. I also love travelling. I worked for the tourism industry for several years before becoming a teacher. I love learning and talking about almost anything, so I even know some medical terms just to give an example of how much I love words and communication. Well, enough of me! hehe, I`m looking forward to meeting you and hopefully work together towards your goal!

ME AS A TEACHER AND TEACHING STYLE

I consider myself to be an easy person to talk to, patient and fun. I have experience teaching different kinds of students from kids to adults in both online and classroom setting (more than 1300 lessons online + 3 years of classroom setting experience). I have been implementing a combination of the Flipped classroom and communicative approach into the lessons and so far, I have seen  great improvement in my students' ability to communicate. 

TYPES OF LESSONS AND MATERIALS:

Flipped classroom programme: It'll especially boost your Speaking skills in an organised, structured and visual way. Materials will be sent every weekend (video lessons, PDFS, flashcards, grammar games...) and all skills will be covered. In class, we’ll try to practice what you learnt through speaking activities.

Flex lessons: They can be a mix of structure lesson (the one above) and flexible lessons. You can also choose practicing your Spanish through my interactive magazine (B1-B2) which includes: articles, videos, expressions ... In class we can do debates and discussions around these topics.

Conversation programme: Based on the books “Conversar en español I & II”. We’ll do lot of controlled speaking practice. The course also includes access to the Power Points , audio files and notes from the lesson.

Hi! my name is Dolores, Lola for short. I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm a 24 year old, Biochemistry student so I'm a native speaker in Spanish who specializes in biological, chemical and medicinal Spanish. 

My lessons are very flexible and will mold around your personal needs and preferences. Conversation lessons are all about talking, giving my student necessary corrections and explaining the grammar behind it so they can stop making the same mistake. I know it can be an intimidating language but I believe in taking the fear away when learning Spanish.

Hi! I'm Agustina from a small town in Córdoba, Argentina. This town was founded by germans and the have build the first german school in the province. I visited these school and then was when I had my first contact with a foreign language. I have a passion for languages. I love learning them but also teaching them because it is the most natural and efficient way to exchange languages and cultures. In my city, Cordoba, I studied to become a German translator and thanks to an agreement between universities I had the opportunity to do two exchanges in Germany, they were incredible experiences in which I met many interesting people, made friends and visited beautiful places. 

Besides spanish, german and english I also have an elementary level of russian. 

My hobbies are writing in my literary blog, doing sports and yoga, going out with friends, dancing and making crafts. 

I have 3 years of experience as an online teacher and I use several didactic resources to make the class entertaining and to provide you with an ideal environment for concentration and language learning.

I work with different materials, I don't like to be glued to a book all the time, but I do like to use it for support and for some important grammatical questions. 

I like to use the material I design as my classes are personalized to the interests of each student. 

The support materials I normaly use are the books Aula Internacional and Prisma, as well as some websites that are excellent in terms of content and design and also very didactic, such as ProfedeELE or TodoELE, among others.

My name is Melina and I am from Peru. I studied foreign languages at the National University of Cajamarca in the north of Peru and I got a degree in Education – Foreign languages. I speak Spanish (native) and English (B2) very well.
