Hi everybody! My name is Alba and I have been teaching languages for more than five years now. Born in Gran Canaria in 1995, I decided to study a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures (English-French) some years ago. I have also finished my master's degree in Teaching. Languages, cultures and connecting with people are just some of my genuine passions. I strongly believe that we all should learn while having fun and feeling happy. This class will be a safe-space! Hace algunos años, decidí estudiar un grado en Lenguas Modernas y sus Literaturas (inglés-francés). Además, también he terminado un máster en Educación. 1. ¡No me gustan las clases aburridas!, así que utilizaremos materiales/métodos siempre basados en tus intereses. Daremos clases mediante herramientas interactivas y relacionadas con juegos. El enfoque será esencialmente COMUNICATIVO/INNOVADOR.
2. Todas las clases estarán previamente preparadas de acuerdo con las necesidades, el nivel del alumnado.

I’m a native Spanish teacher from Ruzafa, Valencia (Spain), certified by Universidad de Nebrija. I'm teaching and improving my students skills since 2014. I can teach from conversation lessons to preparation for DELE certificates (from A1 to C2). I have experience in online and face to face lessons: my method is based on conversation (acquiring fluency) and expanding, in a practical way, your grammatical knowledge and vocabulary to improve. My name is Carlos, I am 38 years old and I live in Malaga, in the south of Spain. I am a Spanish teacher for foreigners, I love meeting people from different cultures and teach them my native language as well as Spanish culture. I consider myself a positive, cheerful and sociable person.

I am currently an online Spanish teacher, working with students from all over the world. I have been working as an online teacher for 4 years, but before coming into  this new world of online teaching I worked for 8 years for different Spanish schools for foreigners in the city where I live, Malaga. 

As a Spanish teacher, I’d say that I am a very dynamic and attentive teacher, I give special importance to communication, without leaving aside grammar. I think grammar is important as long as providing a communicative approach . Likewise I adapt to all the needs, levels and goals of the student. Every day I look for useful material and tools for my Spanish lessons, therefore I can help the student with very suitable material which I have been saving and using all this time with students for their proper learning . Within this material there are images, videos, grammar exercises, vocabulary, communicative activities ... etc.

Graduated in Hispanic Philology and Masters in Applied French, I have always kept up with my teaching training and have also completed a CELTA course for English teachers. This further training has provided me with the familiarity to different teaching methodologies, which have proven to be extremely useful in my classes.

I have worked as a Spanish teacher for 13 years, both in-person and online. My job duties typically include designing and delivering Spanish courses for all levels. Also a 13 year-experienced translator. I have recently worked on a project which involved developping Spanish lessons and units to be delivered online, so I am used to creating content of my own.

My teaching method is mostly conversational and based on a combination of skills. I use plenty of audiovisuals and various activities to get students to speak. My constant interest in professional training has allowed me to become familiar with techniques and tools that are essential in today´s second language learning.

My lessons are all similarly structured: a grammar point, a few exercises to get started, then controlled practice, and finally an audio or a video related to the topic.

Hello! I am Monica and I am a certified Spanish teacher with more than 7 years experience teaching Spanish to people from all over the world.

I have many hours of teaching experience, as from 2016 to 2019 I worked in a Spanish academy in my home city, Medellín, where I worked 40 hours per week teaching Spanish as a foreign language; I had 1-to-1 sessions and also groups of up to 6 students; the classes were amazing and I loved the experience since I could meet people from a range of cultures, thanks to that I realized that there are extraordinary people from every corner of the world.

Since 2019 I have been working as an online Spanish teacher and now I am living in the UK, doing a master's degree in international education and dedicating free time to my favourite hobbies: Cooking, salsa dancing and swimming.

My lessons are planned to be enjoyable and comfortable. I use the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and I love getting to know my students well as it allows me to tailor each lesson to their personality and way of learning; every lesson you have with me will be carefully prepared for you, I hope to meet you soon!
