My name is Melina and I am from Peru. I studied foreign languages at the National University of Cajamarca in the north of Peru and I got a degree in Education – Foreign languages. I speak Spanish (native) and English (B2) very well.

I will help you to learn Spanish for you to achieve your specific goals taking into account your needs, your level and your learning process. Our lessons will include videos, everyday Spanish conversations, slides and more. We will also have cultural activities such as gastronomy, music and tourism. Hello! I am Blanca, a Mexican teacher with a Diploma in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language. I also have a Master's Degree in Psychology and have published a couple of books.  

I love reading, traveling, and discovering new cultures. I have lived abroad and I know what it's like to be in your shoes when it comes to learning a new language because I'm a language learner myself.

My name is Amaya and I am a very passionate Spanish teacher.

I have a postgraduate in Spanish teaching as a foreign language by the University of Barcelona, also I am a DELE examiner and I have as well the Spanish teaching certificate to teach in secondary school. I teach also Spanish for specific purposes like business and I have experience training new Spanish teachers. My level of English is very good and I am very successful in my work which I feel very passionate for.

I work as a face to face and online teacher, I teach all levels, all ages, all nationalities. I have worked for important companies and organizations like NATO, Energizer, Instituto de Empresa etc. I have very good referees and I am very successful because I use a communicative method, I am very innovative, and adapt the class to the student’s needs and interests. I'm just a guy who realized that this language can be difficult and tedious to learn. So I want you to enjoy your lessons by simplifying them.

I adapt my teaching to the way you like learning, not all of us like learning the same way,  you might like topics from grammar explained as easy as possible, or  maybe as fast as possible.  It's my mission to make you say: why wasn't it explained to me like this?

It doesn't matter if you know nothing at all, or if you already speak some Spanish, we can cover all the details so you can understand how this language works.

Of course I'm gonna need some effort from you, but I'll make sure this effort is worth it as we'll discard some of the tediousness that comes from learning a language.

Graduated in Hispanic Philology and Masters in Applied French, I have always kept up with my teaching training and have also completed a CELTA course for English teachers. This further training has provided me with the familiarity to different teaching methodologies, which have proven to be extremely useful in my classes.

I have worked as a Spanish teacher for 13 years, both in-person and online. My job duties typically include designing and delivering Spanish courses for all levels. Also a 13 year-experienced translator. I have recently worked on a project which involved developping Spanish lessons and units to be delivered online, so I am used to creating content of my own.

My teaching method is mostly conversational and based on a combination of skills. I use plenty of audiovisuals and various activities to get students to speak. My constant interest in professional training has allowed me to become familiar with techniques and tools that are essential in today´s second language learning.

My lessons are all similarly structured: a grammar point, a few exercises to get started, then controlled practice, and finally an audio or a video related to the topic.
