Hello! I am Monica and I am a certified Spanish teacher with more than 7 years experience teaching Spanish to people from all over the world.

I have many hours of teaching experience, as from 2016 to 2019 I worked in a Spanish academy in my home city, Medellín, where I worked 40 hours per week teaching Spanish as a foreign language; I had 1-to-1 sessions and also groups of up to 6 students; the classes were amazing and I loved the experience since I could meet people from a range of cultures, thanks to that I realized that there are extraordinary people from every corner of the world.

Since 2019 I have been working as an online Spanish teacher and now I am living in the UK, doing a master's degree in international education and dedicating free time to my favourite hobbies: Cooking, salsa dancing and swimming.

My lessons are planned to be enjoyable and comfortable. I use the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and I love getting to know my students well as it allows me to tailor each lesson to their personality and way of learning; every lesson you have with me will be carefully prepared for you, I hope to meet you soon!

In the lessons we will use whatever resources are necessary to achieve our goals. We will use material of interest to you, such as websites, newspapers, songs, podcasts and videos, etc.

I prefer to speak in Spanish from the beginning (ELE Certified). But if necessary, we will use English (120 hours TESOL Certified). I have lived in Africa and on the border with Brazil for a few years, so Portuguese is another option.

My name is Daniela. I am from Bolivia and currently live in The Netherlands. I am passionate about helping people who are interested in learning Spanish.  I have 4.5 years of experience teaching at University and working as a tutor. Every little detail since you wake up until you go to bed. And always immersed in  things you like. So, we can talk about movies, books, history, traveling, food, sports, or any topic that is part of your life.

We can use videos, podcast, articles, music, books, newspapers, phases to start a conversation. We have endless topics. And I can help you with all mistakes you may have. If it is needed we can review grammar accordingly with your common mistakes. But do not forget that make mistakes is one of the best ways to improve. Hola a todos, me llamo Luis y vivo en Cáceres, España. I live between Madrid and Seville, so my accent is kind of in the middle of these two.
