My pronunciation is clear and easy to understand. I love teaching Spanish to international students and I am happy to see them making progress  learning the language. Hola! My name is María and I'm from Mexico. 

I have 3 years of teaching experience. I majored in Languages from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and I obtained a certification to teach Spanish as a foreign language. My classes use a communicative approach that incorporates grammar in a laid-back and dynamic way. I hand pick all the materials according to the needs of my students and I often use resources like music, videos and social media to make the lesson more interactive. My main goal is to help my students feel confortable expressing themselves and learn at their own pace.

 I have studied several languages including French, German, English and Italian. My favorite part of language teaching is getting to know the cultures and interests of my students. I offer conversation practice and structured courses, from absolute beginner to C1, grammar drills and homework if you wish. Wide experience with adults and senior students. I will provide you with notes and examples from our lessons, during the lesson in Google Docs, or after the lesson, via e-mail. You don't need to decide in advance if you prefer Latin American Spanish or European Spanish, I can teach you the main differences and help you decide. 

In our first lesson or trial we will figure out how your learning plan will be, depending on your individual needs, learning style and goals. If it's your first online lesson, there's no need to stress, I'm very understanding and patient.

My name is Maribel, I'm Colombian, and I'm a respiratory therapist and language teacher. Currently, I'm studying a master’s degree in Neuro-pedagogy. Thanks to all this knowledge, I use a methodology that is 100% personalized to your needs and desires. 

I am currently specializing in Spanish for travelers, this specialty is a little different from general Spanish, because here we look for a specific goal for your learning, such as a conference, a upcoming trip or simply learning specific terminology of your area.

Together we will set a goal, and in base on that we will create your curriculum, where you are the leader and I give you recommendations. 

 I implement mindfulness, and breathe work exercises to bring all our attention to the class and to favor the concentration and maximize the feeling of joy while learning. We will use online platforms, games, videos, and audios to create fun and interactive classes. I take the time to design the curriculum for each student because we all learn different.

I am a philosophy student at the University of Buenos Aires. Having to deal with classic philosophers and old texts I decided to specialize in ancient languages such as Latin, Ancient Greek and Sanskrit, but I also studied modern languages like English, French and German. I like music and I play the trumpet. I also love Tango music and really enjoy translating lyrics! Now teaching Ancient History. I provide visual History books in Spanish.

Now a certified E/LE teacher by Instituto Cervantes via Academia Buenos Aires.

I teach students from all ages. I love teaching kids! My lessons are for complete beginners, intermediate students who want to improve their spanish and advanced ones looking to polish their skills.

If you don't have materials don't worry! I have my own method for complete beginners and a progressive reading book which I believe is very useful. We can also use your own materials.

It doesn't matter if you know nothing at all, or if you already speak some Spanish, we can cover all the details so you can understand how this language works.
