Hi! I'm Agustina from a small town in Córdoba, Argentina. This town was founded by germans and the have build the first german school in the province. I visited these school and then was when I had my first contact with a foreign language. I have a passion for languages. I love learning them but also teaching them because it is the most natural and efficient way to exchange languages and cultures. In my city, Cordoba, I studied to become a German translator and thanks to an agreement between universities I had the opportunity to do two exchanges in Germany, they were incredible experiences in which I met many interesting people, made friends and visited beautiful places. 

Besides spanish, german and english I also have an elementary level of russian. 

My hobbies are writing in my literary blog, doing sports and yoga, going out with friends, dancing and making crafts. 

I have 3 years of experience as an online teacher and I use several didactic resources to make the class entertaining and to provide you with an ideal environment for concentration and language learning. 

I enjoy creating my own teaching materials.

I am also a German translator and lived in Berlin for four years. 

I work with the communicative method and focus my classes to the interests of the students. I like it when my students can loosen up and become more confident with me and the language and can start talking more. 

I work with different materials, I don't like to be glued to a book all the time, but I do like to use it for support and for some important grammatical questions. 

I like to use the material I design as my classes are personalized to the interests of each student. 

The support materials I normaly use are the books Aula Internacional and Prisma, as well as some websites that are excellent in terms of content and design and also very didactic, such as ProfedeELE or TodoELE, among others.

I’m a native and qualified Spanish teacher who has been living and teaching in London and other parts around the world for more than 10 years both online and face-to-face.

My experience teaching these subjects varies in ages, from 6 to 87 years old across different nationalities, backgrounds and abilities.

I have a lot of of experience with kids and adults (A1-C2) and GCSE’s, A-levels and DELE preparation, conversation, writing, reading, pronunciation, extra help with homework, etc. I teach individuals and groups.

Hello! I am Monica and I am a certified Spanish teacher with more than 7 years experience teaching Spanish to people from all over the world.

I have many hours of teaching experience, as from 2016 to 2019 I worked in a Spanish academy in my home city, Medellín, where I worked 40 hours per week teaching Spanish as a foreign language; I had 1-to-1 sessions and also groups of up to 6 students; the classes were amazing and I loved the experience since I could meet people from a range of cultures, thanks to that I realized that there are extraordinary people from every corner of the world.

Since 2019 I have been working as an online Spanish teacher and now I am living in the UK, doing a master's degree in international education and dedicating free time to my favourite hobbies: Cooking, salsa dancing and swimming.

My lessons are planned to be enjoyable and comfortable. I`ve been teaching languages for five years now and I`ve recently started teaching Spanish, my mother tongue.  

Every class is planned in advance and taking into account the student needs. When the class is finished, I always save a copy of what we`ve gone over, therefore the next class is even better and the material even more accurate and entertaining. I use a wide variety of resources, ranging from the most renowned text books, online exercises, or grammar resources to articles, news, or media in general.

I think It`s worth mentioning here a little bit of my background because it adds up to the whole experience. I`ve been surrounded by languages, different cultures and literature since I was a child. I`ve studied languages at school but also on my own for a long time. I was born and raised in Argentina but have lived in Spain for two years. I also love travelling. I worked for the tourism industry for several years before becoming a teacher. I love learning and talking about almost anything, so I even know some medical terms just to give an example of how much I love words and communication. I offer conversation practice and structured courses, from absolute beginner to C1, grammar drills and homework if you wish. Wide experience with adults and senior students. I will provide you with notes and examples from our lessons, during the lesson in Google Docs, or after the lesson, via e-mail. You don't need to decide in advance if you prefer Latin American Spanish or European Spanish, I can teach you the main differences and help you decide. 

In our first lesson or trial we will figure out how your learning plan will be, depending on your individual needs, learning style and goals. If it's your first online lesson, there's no need to stress, I'm very understanding and patient.
