I was born and raised in Tokyo and currently studying in the UK for my degree after studying in high school and university in Tokyo. I was a member of a broadcast club and practiced to be a news reporter in Tokyo. I am passionate about Art and Japanese culture. I also love to cook and bake Japanese food.

Arisa always challenges me to talk, which helps me improve a lot. All the new words and corrections are written down which makes for practical notes that I can study afterwards. We also read a lot of articles, so my reading comprehension and knowledge about current affairs in Japan are always getting better!

Arisa is an excellent teacher. She corrected the homework she had given me. She made sure I had no more doubts. She encouraged me to speak. She covered the topic of Christmas in Japan and discussed Japanese TV Series and movies with a Christmas theme.

Arisa is very nice and easy to talk to. She gives great advice and she is able to adapt to your rhythm, making the lesson flow in a pleasant way and finding the topics that best suit your interest and attention. It is completely different to learn as you have a pleasant conversation with a native speaker. She is also giving good material to support the with the lessons and practice om your own time. Really great tutoring overall
