I was born and raised in Tokyo and am now based in London, UK. Teaching Japanese is my passion, and I’ve been doing it for over 10 years.

I love traveling, watching movies, and flamenco dancing. I speak Japanese (native), English, and Portuguese, and I’ve taught students from many different countries and at all levels.

What I enjoy most is seeing my students gain confidence step by step. My lessons are fun, supportive, and personalized, always tailored to each learner’s goals, interests, and pace.

What I can help you with:

• Starting from zero?
  That’s perfect! We’ll enjoy learning speaking, grammar, and writing hiragana and katakana together. Of course, intermediate and advanced learners are very welcome too! I always encourage students to learn these first, as being able to read Japanese greatly improves understanding and motivation.
• Looking for a conversation partner?
  Absolutely! We can talk about anything you like—celebrity gossip, daily life, or what’s happening in the world.
• Want your writing corrected?
  I’ve got you covered. Please send your writing at least one day before the lesson, and we’ll review it together in class.
• JLPT preparation (N5–N1)
  Structured and goal-oriented support is available for all levels.

*All the classes are available both in English and Portuguese.

Nasci e cresci em Tóquio e moro atualmente em Londres, no Reino Unido. Ensino japonês há mais de 10 anos e sou apaixonada por ajudar meus alunos a ganharem confiança passo a passo.
