Welcome to my Greek classes! I'm Anna, a native Greek speaker originally from Corfu. I have been teaching Greek for over 25 years now, and let me tell you, it's been quite the journey! I offer lessons in modern Greek conducted in English, French, or Italian. As a TEFL-certified tutor and a member of the Tutors Association with a verified DBS certificate, I provide a safe online learning environment.

My diverse educational background is as varied as the languages I teach, including a diploma in SEN, a Dyslexia Awareness Certificate, a Certificate in Supporting Speech & Language Development in Early Years, a Teaching Assistant Diploma, a Diploma in Health & Social Care, extensive studies in language & linguistics. I have also acquired skills in areas such as Anger Management & Life Coaching, Proofreading & Editing, a degree in Fashion Design, and a degree in Office Management & Organisation. I blend traditional and modern teaching methods to provide you with the tools you need for success. Teaching is not just about grammar and vocab; it's about connecting with people and helping them reach their goals.

In our initial lessons, we'll focus on: Greek alphabet and pronunciation, genders of the nouns, articles, adjectives, basic greetings, and simple conversations. If you're planning a Greek holiday, I can help you with practical situations like introductions, ordering food, and asking for directions. For intermediate and advanced students, lessons will be more intense and varied.
