Hi everybody!
My name is Margherita, I am from Milan, I am living in Tenerife now and I have been an Italian teacher for 7 years.
My motto is: if you are a polyglot, you can do anything!
I personally speak fluently both Spanish and English as I have worked and lived in Ireland, Australia and Bolivia, before moving to the Canarian Islands.
What do I offer to my students?

I graduated in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation in Milan in 2013 and afterwards I achieved the Master Itals aimed at teaching the Italian language and culture to foreigners.
I have taught Italian for four years in La Paz, Bolivia by the SOCIETà DANTE ALIGHIERI, giving classes to adults and university students, while I have taught to kids and adolescents by the Colegio Italo-Boliviano of the same city.
I returned to Italy in 2019 and I was given the opportunity to teach Italian through the Berlitz school by the Leonardo Elicotteri Company, addressing to English managers and engineers.
As regards my teaching method, the student is the centre of the learning process.
Therefore I customize my lessons considering your interests and the topics you want to talk about using different materials like videos, songs, online activities, along with written texts.
This way lessons are based especially on CONVERSATION as I think that each language's goal is to communicate.

Margherita is aways fun and enthusiastic and makes learning a treat. We are focusing on the most important things for me to learn so that I will be able to communicate some basic ideas to hoteliers, waiters and people on the street whom I ask for directions during my trip to Italy. I love that she utilizes a multitude of media types (recordings, videos, photos) to bring dimension to the learning process. I highly recommend her as a teacher and am very grateful to have found her.

Margherita is a great teacher—always fun and she makes the lessons interesting. I have a wonderful time learning Italian with her. The materials she uses are very visual and picture oriented which works well for me.

Margherita is fun and energetic and I very much enjoy our lessons. She utilizes good visual worksheets and sends me the lesson review which means I don't have to take notes. I highly recommend her.
