Ciao!
I'm Sara and I'm an Italian teacher with more than 8 years experience teaching this wonderful language!
I began teaching when I was studying my Bachelor's degree (che bei tempi!) ... I started almost as a joke but I realized soon that I actually liked this profession and, after so many years, I still feel the same!
Throughout the years I had the opportunity to work with a variety of students and each of them taught me a lot: every teaching experience is unique and this is why I love it.
That being said, maybe you would like to know something more about how I work.
I usually offer a free trial lesson, where I like to get to know my students better and understand their needs, goals and interests.
This helps me not only to build a tailor made learning path, which is shared and discussed with the student, but also to select the material and the topics that best suit each person.
If I had to choose my strongest point, I would definitely say that it is the kind of relationship I establish with my students: open and informal to make learning easier and to fully enjoy the experience.

Working with Sara has definitely resulted in great improvement for my Italian studies. She prepares each session with personalized lesson material and opens with engaging conversation. Highest recommendation.

She's engaging and kind and organized. I learn a lot in session and she offers resources to do in between if you want and I like that. She goes at a good pace and not too fast for my reason at all. She stays where I need and want to be. She answers questions in a manner I can understand, she is well prepared for session and also VERY flexible if I would like different material to cover in the next session. Look forward to continuing to work with Sara
