My name's Marika and I'm here to help you learn or improve your Italian.

I’ve been working as a teacher since 2016 and I also work as a tour guide for an American company.
Learning a foreign language is a real challenge that forces us out of our comfort zone, but isn’t it there that magic happens?!

My teaching method is based on a communicative approach. I’ll have you talk and use the target language in an active way as much as possible because that’s how you really learn! It doesn’t matter if you make mistakes, I’ve been there, I know how it feels. I’ll be there to help, not to judge you!

I use diverse materials for my classes: authentic material (extracts from newspaper articles, magazines), textbooks, worksheets, videos, songs and anything that may interest you.
