Bonjour! I'm Julien, a French teacher with over 8 years of experience helping students from different backgrounds achieve their language goals.

Whether you want to improve your fluency, communicate more confidently, strengthen your grammar or prepare for an official examination, I'll help you make consistent progress.

I'm trained at the Alliance Française and specialize in French examinations, including the TEF, TCF, DELF and DALF. I have also completed specialized examiner and evaluator training, giving me a strong understanding of assessment criteria and examination expectations.

My teaching approach combines structure, interaction and practical application. For general French, we can work on conversation, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and comprehension, always adapting lessons to your level, interests and objectives.

For exam preparation, I follow a structured five-step methodology:

SIMULATE – DIAGNOSE – TEACH & TRAIN – RESIMULATE – TRANSFER.

We identify your weaknesses, develop targeted skills, measure your progress and learn how to apply your knowledge independently. Lessons include official resources, realistic exam simulations, practical exercises and detailed feedback.

Over the years, I've taught in language schools, face-to-face classes and online, working with students of various nationalities, ages and levels.

Outside teaching, I enjoy surfing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and reading about history, politics and current affairs. I also love discussing a wide range of topics in French, making lessons both engaging and intellectually stimulating.

What can you expect?

A personalized learning plan.

Clear explanations and practical exercises.

Constructive feedback and guidance.

Structured lessons focused on real progress.

A supportive and motivating environment.

Whether your goal is personal, academic or professional, or you're preparing for the TEF, TCF, DELF or DALF, I'll help you develop the skills and confidence you need.
