Hello! Nice to meet you! My name is Reiko. I am from Osaka, Japan. Yes, Osaka! It's a fun and entertaining place to visit!
I graduated from a university in Kyoto and got qualified to teach elementary students in Japan.
I have been living in Canada for about 20 years. I homeschooled all my kids and have been teaching the Japanese language through online to students from beginner to intermediate.
My students are from 6years old to adults (50s) right now.
I use 'Genki' for teens and older students, and 'Japanese for young people' for younger children, and I use other materials for addition.
Any textbooks are always welcome. Please let me know if you have preferred materials.
Do you want to learn from Anime? Do you just want to speak in Japanese?

Great lesson. I like the warm-up at the beginning of the session when Reiko San asks me a few questions about my day, my week, the weather, etc. Reiko San is always very patient and encouraging! I feel challenged enough. I enjoy each lesson very much.
