Hello! Nice to meet you! My name is Reiko. I am from Osaka, Japan. Yes, Osaka! It's a fun and entertaining place to visit!
I graduated from a university in Kyoto and got qualified to teach elementary students in Japan.
I have been living in Canada for about 20 years. I homeschooled all my kids and have been teaching the Japanese language through online to students from beginner to intermediate.
My students are from 6years old to adults (50s) right now.
I use 'Genki' for teens and older students, and 'Japanese for young people' for younger children, and I use other materials for addition.
Any textbooks are always welcome. Please let me know if you have preferred materials.
Do you want to learn from Anime? Do you just want to speak in Japanese?

Reiko is a fun, supportive tutor who meets you at your level and helps you through the workbook or goes deeper into whatever you want to focus on. Working with her has made my learning process much faster, smoother, and more effective.
