Today was my 10th and last lesson with Laura. As with prior lessons, she does her best to engage and provide useful tools and techniques. However, over the course of my learning, she often no-showed or canceled last minute. And when I reached out to reschedule, she would ignore my emails which was very disrespectful. Learning a new language is very difficult for me and I very much wanted a long-term tutor. But Laura is too unreliable.

We have a lesson schedule for yesterday, Laura emailed me at 4pm asking if we can push our lesson back 30 mins as she had an langua exam. Then I never hear from her after. I emailed her 3 times asking when she will be on and she never responded. This is the second time this has happened and I never received my credit back. I emailed her again today, asking how will we make this lesson up and still no response.
