Each time I meet with Charlotte, I gain more confidence and learn what I need to improve. She doesn't overwhelm me with corrections. And I find that we each look forward to chatting about our lives. It's like having coffee with a good friend.

Charlotte is generous with her time. We spent 10 or so of our y60 minutes on Monday, but she wasn't well. So she rescheduled me on a day that is not a work day for her and met with me for the full 60 minutes. I really enjoy our conversations. She is willing and open to doing what I choose as well as seeing what i need help and practice on, such as the genative case in German.
