Hi, my name is Farid. Teaching French is something I really enjoy, especially when I witness my students progressing in the language and towards their goals. I have been teaching French for almost 4 years now. My students are children, teenagers and adults of all ages and levels. My lessons are usually customized to meet the needs of the students. I use different materials to teach my students; like comprehension texts, dialogues, stories, vocab materials, games..etc.. I have obtained a Level 7 Diploma in Teaching skills and I also hold a DBS check up-to-date.
In 2010, I left my birth country France to move to the United Kingdom. I am currently in Algeria for a few months, as I wanted to (re)discover my parents country. I love travelling and discovering new cultures and languages. I also speak a little Arabic.
Book now a trial with me to set the goals you want to achieve. As a French native, I can help you to improve your pronunciation in addition to the grammar. I have been living in the UK for 12 years which made me fully bilingual. With a bit of motivation and a hint of work, your French will upgrade in no time!

Excellent resources. I was able to speak more today than I did in my last session. Farid even gave me a tip on how to progress faster in my reading by selecting a book at my level. I have been struggling with reading as the selected books were above my level.

Excellent. The resources that Farid selected for this evening's lesson were the best!! These allowed me to speak for the entire one hour. It was also a lot of fun talking about situations in my life.

Farid interacts very well with the student and provides every opportunity for the student to speak, however the selected reading passage (dialogue) was a little difficult with lots of new words and expressions not seen before. But the other selected materials were at the correct level. By spending too much time explaining new words and new expressions there was less time to be able to converse.
