Willkommen auf meinem Profil. Mein Name ist Maike und ich bin 26 Jahre alt. / Welcome to my profile. My name is Maike, I'm 26 years old. Currently I live in the northern part of Germany in a city called Oldenburg, doing my Master degree in cultural analysis. I grew up in a little village in Baden-Württemberg (south of Germany), did my Bachelor degree in Passau (Bayern), lived in France for a while (Paris and Strasbourg) and in Spain (Valencia) as well. Languages are my passion, as well as travelling, good food and lovely conversations. 

I love to get to know new people from around the world and share the knowledge about my mother tongue, my culture (such as food, drinks and festivities) and everything surrounding it. You'd like to work on your conversation skills? No problem! As I am a very talkative person, we'll never have the problem of not finding something that we both want to talk about. Such things as grammar are necessary too sometimes - ugh, not cool, I know, right?! - but we'll make it fun and use exercises including things of your everyday life to get the most of it.
