Hi, I'm Helí. Certified Native Spanish Teacher and DELE with 9 years of experience.
As a teacher, I use a communicative method that aims to learn a second language through real-life examples to be able to communicate in everyday situations. My classes are fun and effective. With me, you will learn grammar, vocabulary, culture, and we will focus on conversation. If you are a beginner, we can create a plan with the basic topics of Spanish so that you can start learning this wonderful language.
I hope to see you soon!

Heli is a wonderful teacher. His explanations about grammar are easy to understand and then instead memorizing vocabulary and verb charts he makes learning fun. I find that the hour goes by very quickly because of how engrossing the lesson is. If you're looking for an instructor that will push you out of your comfort zone just enough yet with no pressure I would definitely recommend him.

I have been working with Helí for over 25 lessons and I really enjoy him as a teacher. He is patient, engaging, and seems to know just how much correction to give you. As a low intermediate student, I make frequent mistakes, but the communication flows quite well between us. Also, the rate of new material introduction is such that you feel challenged, but never overwhelmed. I look forward to our lessons since we spend as much time laughing as learning.

Helí keeps pushing me to grow in my Spanish but he is so very patient with all my pronunciation challenges after years of practice. I always enjoy our lessons.
