✨ Degree in Linguistics with minor in Spanish teaching + certified Spanish teacher for foreigners (ELE) by University of Barcelona. Graduated in Psychology (2024) and studying for the Clinical Psychology Master's Degree.
✨ 10 years of teaching experience: private, groups, in person, online, kids and adults.
✨ Use of ebooks, interactive activities and interactive whiteboard + at the end of each lesson you'll have your notes in a PDF document sent to you.
✨ All levels (A1-C2), conversation, preparation for official DELE exams & Spanish for specific purposes.
🇪🇸 WHAT TO EXPECT? - ¿QUÉ ESPERAR?
My lessons are personalized to each student, but if you are a beginner I usually follow a structure (unless asked differently):
🗣 CONVERSATION + LISTENING ➡️ We dedicate the first 15-20 minutes to practice your conversation skill (we can use pictures, topics...). I'll give you feedback in order to improve your fluency. You'll see the new vocabulary on a virtual whiteboard to make the process easier. Eventually, you'll expand your vocabulary and learn specific conversation structures as well. We'll also focus on gaining confidence as you speak "focus on conversation, not perfection".
💌 GRAMMAR + MORPHOLOGY + READING COMPREHENSION ➡️ We review grammar topics, vocabulary and reading comprehension. Don't worry, I'll give you feedback constantly.
💼 SPANISH FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES ➡️ (only B1-C2 levels) Spanish for Business: I provide a course for students that need help with Spanish in a professional context.

Just finished my fourth class with Paula. She is a great teacher and creates a very comfortable atmosphere for learning. I am always picking up new things, and time sees to fly by. Paula knows the language so well and is helping me with particular areas that I can improve on too. Definitely recommend other Spanish learners to study with Paula.
