My name is Manuel and I live in Turin, northern Italy.
I am a linguist expert in teaching Italian as L2 (as a second language).
I graduated in Linguistic Mediation and majored in Foreign Languages for International Communication at the University of Turin.
My field of specialization is teaching Italian phonetics to foreigners, especially English, Spanish, and Portuguese students. I have been teaching Italian to foreign people and English/Spanish to Italians for more than 5 years.
My lessons will not only be based on phonetics, as it is important but is not the only field of linguistics you should learn. Instead, they will be based on your level and aim. At the same time, I believe the best method to learn a new language is talking and practicing as much as you can, exactly how we learned our mother tongue when we were children. I am a sporty guy, and I love hiking in the Italian Alps. In my spare time, I love traveling and getting in touch with other cultures and ways of life.
