I think that Tom is a great teacher. The good thing about him is that he is engaged and genuinely interested in helping students achieve their goals. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in improving their language. For me it was swedish pronunciation we were working on. Five stars from me.

Tom is an excellent teacher with a knack for working in a conversational way which allowed me to feel at ease with speaking, listening and also asking questions for clarification of words, terms and grammar. Tom is very adaptable and has helped me with specific requests be they to-do with grammatical specifics through to preparing for speaking on certain topics. I'd really recommend Tom as a teacher.

If could give six stars, I would. It has been my absolute pleasure learning Swedish with Tom. Tom is a natural teacher, and he makes learning fun, challenging and engaging. He quickly assesses what you hope to get from the lessons and crafts the sessions to your needs. He keeps highlights of the lessons on a running Google doc, which I find incredibly helpful (I refer to the document often in between lessons). He uses role play to practice real life situations and conversations. Learning Swedish with Tom is what learning a new language should be like. I feel confident that I can be understood on my trip to Sweden for interactions in restaurants, hotels, asking directions, etc. Tusen tack, Tom!
