My name's Marika and I'm here to help you learn or improve your Italian.

I’ve been working as a teacher since 2016 and I also work as a tour guide for an American company that runs hiking and biking trips all over the world.
Learning a foreign language is a real challenge that forces us out of our comfort zone, but isn’t it there that magic happens?!

My teaching method is based on a communicative approach. I’ll have you talk and use the target language in an active way as much as possible cause that’s how you really learn! It doesn’t matter if you make mistakes, I’ve been there, I won't judge but encourage you!

I use diverse materials for my classes: extracts from newspaper articles, textbooks, worksheets, videos, songs and anything that may interest you.
