I help intermediate learners break the speaking plateau by diagnosing and retraining the thinking patterns behind their German.

I work with B1–B2 learners who understand a lot of German but struggle to speak clearly and confidently.

Most of my students live in German-speaking countries and feel stuck: they hesitate, translate in their head, repeat the same mistakes, and don’t sound the way they want to — despite years of studying.

My approach

My teaching is conversational, diagnostic, and logic-based.

We don’t overload you with rules, and we don’t “just talk and hope it gets better.”
Instead, I identify the underlying patterns that block your fluency and help you retrain how you think in German, directly in real conversation.

Every session has a clear structure:

• Clean up fossilized mistakes
• Uncover the logic behind German
• Build clear, natural sentences
• Practice real communication without panic or overthinking

This approach works especially well for long-time learners who feel they “should already be fluent” but never manage to break the plateau.

I work best with learners who already have a foundation in German.
I do not offer lessons for complete beginners or children.
