¡Bienvenido/a a bordo! Welcome on board!
The theory behind my teaching method is simple yet efficient:
- We set your goals and topics of interest: do you want to get more confident with your Spanish speaking family, friends or coworkers? Or you want to expand your business to potential clients through social media? Is Spanish literature and poetry something you’d like to make yours? You tell me, I find our way to it.
- We learn/ review the very basics of Spanish through active use. Get ready for some intense debates/ essay writing!
- We track your progress following the CEFRL guideline.
- We use news, articles, lyrics and other multimedia materials chosen specifically for you.
A bit about me: I love learning. From languages (French, Italian and Portuguese) to music, to philosophy... At one point I found that teaching my mother tongue, which I adore, makes me renew my perception of it, so it feels like a never ending adventure. That's why it has been my main focus these past five years, spending hours and hours building a method based on active use and understanding of a language that is very much alive all over the world. It is a great pleasure for me being able to say that I gained some good friends thanks to my profession, so what else can I ask for!

Julieta is a great teacher. She makes me feel comfortable so I don’t worry about making mistakes. I can just focus on learning and practicing the language.

Excellent. I can't recommend Julieta highly enough, each lesson is well thought out and structured well and she is very friendly (and more importantly, very patient!).

Mick Kenny I cannot praise Julieta enough for all the help she has given me over the last 6 months. My Spanish has improved so much with her help. I look forward to our lessons each week with Julieta and now I feel so much more confident speaking Spanish. She obviously has a passion for teaching and this clearly shows in her teaching methods. Learning Spanish or any language is hard and especially having to learn how to conjugate verbs etc.. But our classes are fun and the 55minutes goes by so quickly. Each lesson is like talking and learning with a friend. She knows what my strong and weak points are and tailors classes around this. I could not have wished for a better teacher. I cannot praise Julieta enough for all her help and guidance she has given me and I look forward to many more lessons together.
