Hello!

My name is Alfredo and I am a Spanish teacher from Venezuela. My native language is Latin American Spanish. I have 8 years of teaching experience and I am certified to teach Spanish as a foreign language. If you don’t know any Spanish at all and you want to learn it or if you already know Spanish and want to improve it, I can help you achieve your goals in a dynamic and practical way. Spanish is not as difficult as you might think. It all depends on how you study the language. In my classes you will learn practical everyday Spanish to use in real life situations. I will develop classes to suit your individual needs, and I encourage you to participate in the process. You may want to improve your speaking skills or develop your listening, reading or writing skills. Together we can focus on improving the areas most important to you.

I base my teaching plan on The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages which is an international standard for describing language ability. It grades language proficiency according to a six-point scale, from A1 for beginners, up to C2 for those who have mastered a language.
