¡Hola! Me llamo Luis y soy de Cáceres, España. I live between Madrid and Seville in Spain, and I've also lived in Japan and Portugal. I am up to date with the newest learning theories, I use "Language Transfer" and "Comprehensible Input", so the materials are adapted to these methods, focusing on learning in context. I've been having lessons with Luis for a while now and I really enjoy them. Luis is keen that you learn Spanish in context and this improves my understanding, I talk without feeling self conscious, learn lots of interesting facts and information and the lessons feel alive rather than learning by rote. Thank you for another great session.

With Luis, I'm able to choose discussion topics that really interest me. As a result, the vocabulary, idioms, and content are all very useful as I develop better conversation skills. His blog has a wide range of topics to choose from, and all the posts have illustrations as well as a comprehensive glossary at the end. Luis is committed to each student’s development without using impersonal lesson plans or ordinary textbook exercises.
