Ciao! I am Anastasia, a 25-year-old Italian living in the center of Rome.
I have attended a Language High School where I studied French, German and English. My passion for languages and travel led me to attend a High School semester in France when I was only 17, and work as a Hotel Receptionist in Belgium at 20. I recently returned from Japan, where I had the amazing opportunity to attend University for one year. These experiences have allowed me to become fluent in French, English, Japanese and German.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in East Asian Languages and Cultures with a Major in Japanese Language. Furthermore, I have a Master's Degree in International Relations and Made in Italy and I will soon finish my second Master's Degree in Japanese Language. I have the C1 English Certificate, B2 French Certificate and B1 German Certificate, so I know how language assessment exams work if you are interested in getting a certification. I also achieved the Teaching Certification recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education that qualifies me to teach in Middle School and High School.
I have teaching experience thanks to an internship I did in the past as a French Teacher in an Elementary School and an Italian tutoring job I did for my University two years ago.
I know the difficulties you can face when learning a new language, so don't worry, I'll do my best to help you through this journey!
My approach to teaching is based on your needs and interests so that you can reach your goals easily! My lessons will revolve around daily-life/useful topics.
Hope to see you at my lessons!!
Anastasia
ps: feel free to contact me if your schedule doesn't match my availability, we can try to make it work :)

Anastasia explains so well - I have been making mistakes with my Italian for years and she is helping me to correct old bad habits. She his strict in correcting my errors and she has a good standard Italian pronunciation, but she understands north/south differences in pronunciation also. She speaks slowly and is patient. I can say I recommend her highly.
