I am a friendly, caring and determined person. I like traveling, doing Yoga, hiking and watching movies in my spare time. Being a language teacher is my main passion. I love Chinese characters and Chinese painting. I love working online. It allows me to travel and see more places. I have worked in Shenzhen as an ESL teacher for 10 years. Since then I have been working online as a Chinese teacher for 5 years now. I have been really enjoying my life and I am eager to learn more about Chinese culture and history in my spare time. I hope I can help to show some real culture and story about China to my students.

Kerri is an excellent teacher. She helped me learn material of a year long Chinese course in just 2 months. But moreover, she made me fall in love with the language! I've worked with Kerri for over a year and I am really happy I chose her.

Kerri is a fantastic teacher! I've been a student of hers for almost a year, and my Mandarin has improved so much. She explains things very clearly when I have questions, and is so patient with me when it's clear I have been lacking on my studies. She is able to recognize areas I need more time on, and areas we can move through quickly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn Mandarin!
