"I am 35 years old living in the United States and I've had 17 classes with Mauricio so far. I really enjoy having him as my tutor. He is a very patient, understanding and responsive teacher. He always takes time to make sure you understand the topic at hand and ask if you have any doubts or questions. My personal goal was to practice speaking more and we have done exactly that, every exercise we do leads to conversation. I'm spending 100% of each class either speaking or listening completely in Spanish. At first I was very nervous but with time, practice and an excellent teacher my confidence is increasing. I also feel that Mauricio did a great job of assessing my abilities in the beginning and has adjusted as we progress. I enjoy the materials used during our classes as they are structured and centered around real world topics which is key as an adult. Also, each week the lessons provide new grammar and vocabulary to practice. If I had to recommend a teacher for your journey with the Spanish language, I would recommend Mauricio ten times over. He truly seems to have a passion for teaching and wants to see you succeed. " "I am 35 years old living in the United States and I've had 17 classes with Mauricio so far. Marico is a very good tutor. He explains topics very well. He even makes sure that i have a clear understanding of what he is teaching before moving on to another topic. He also gives me homework which I like.

Mauricio is a very good stern teacher. He is very good at explaining material, and he forces me to speak in Spanish. However, I am comfortable to speak in English so that I can explain better my difficulty to him. He also provides me with homework, which I feel is necessary for learning.
