I'm Azahara, a certified Spanish teacher by Instituto Cervantes.
I have specialised in teaching Spanish to English speakers, but I have also taught international students in Thailand, Granada (Spain) and, of course, online.
My lessons are very dynamic and tailored to your needs.
I really enjoy teaching all kind of levels: it is very rewarding seeing the progress of a beginner student that starts to be able to communicate in Spanish after a few well structured classes whereas more advance lessons allow to very interesting topics and a little bit more freedom in the structure of the lesson.

A little bit more about me: I was born and raised in Zaragoza, a small city in the North of Spain famous for its wine, food and a football team that used to be good. I love traveling and languages: currently I'm studying Japanese, but I also (try to) speak French, Arabic and Spanish Sign Language; so yes, I know how it feels learning a language from 0! You're not alone in this process and I'll try my best to make it easy for you :D

She has broad and detailed knowledge of the books and culture and really fun to work with. Only complaint is that time goes too fast with her.

Had a four of lessons now with Azahara, so feel I can comment on how I am getting on, she is patient, encouranging, and we have a laugh sometimes. Have been using Duolingo aswell, but having someone to practice pronunciation with and ask questions to has helped me a lot. Recomended teacher.

Only a few lessons with Azahara, I already feel she is an amazing Spanish teacher that actually makes you practice a lot in lessons. She is exactly what a student needs, well-prepared, clear instructions and most importantly she motivates students. - from a person who had a few Spanish teachers, and thinks Azahara is the best so far.
