Description: Kodiak Fields started BJJ at 32 years old and over the years achieved many titles including World Master Champion (Gi and No Gi), F2W Masters Superheavy Weight No Gi and many more. In October 2021 Kodiak had to stop his outstanding BJJ journey and undergo a bi-level TLIF L4/5/S1 surgery to fix a way overdue back injury. In this episode we talk about Kodiak's recovery process, his mindset to find gratitude and motivation with little wins.
