Description: Esmeralda Micallef Zarafa works for the Lino Spiteri Foundation which supports people with disabilities who are searching for employment opportunities in Malta.
The foundation was named in honour of Lino Spiteri (23 September 1938-14 November 2014), a former Labour Party MP who served as the nation's Finance Minister between 1981-1983. He also served a second one-year term as Finance Minister from 1996 to 1997.
He was also the country's first MP with a disability.
