Description: I was impressed by the top class learning facilities available for students at the Language Learning Centre and the Bouloe Student Campus at Besancon was one of the best equipped, organized and managed student campus that I was seeing for the first time in my Life. Though I must admit that Jipmer Hospital & Medical Student Campus at Pondicherry was top class by Indian standards, Bouloe Campus merited, in my eyes to be rated a notch or two higher than the Indian Campus that I was fortunate to experience!
