Description: In this episode Kylee Davie shares her inspiring journey with daughter Veronika. 14 years ago Veronika was born with a number of conditions, including downs syndrome and cerebral palsy, which propelled Kylee into a carers role.
After a shoulder injury it became apparent that in order to help Veronika, Kylee would need to start taking care of herself physically (as well as mentally)! Kylee found running in 2018 as a result of Veronika encouraging her mum to “go faster” when pushing her in their regular wheelchair walks (while she was receiving from hip surgery).
