In this episode, we continue to explore the meaning of sabbath and the ways that the Holy Spirit wants to bless us with greater, deeper, fuller, and more satisfying rest. It all comes down to Jesus. In Matthew 11, Jesus offers the invitation: "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Let’s consider just what he means by “rest”.
