Automated Buses to Run in Taichung
Self-driving buses could soon be running on the streets of Taichung!
Taichung will have a test run for automated buses in June.
The test will run for 7 months.
The driverless buses will take riders from the Taichung Public Library Dajia Branch, to the Port of Taichung.
The route (路線) is 12 kilometers long.
這些無人自駕公車將在開放場域台中大安圖書館到台中港，進行七個月的實際載客測試。
The medium-sized bus carries around 10 riders.
The automated bus has already been tested on roads not open to the public.
