Will just recently became a coach at Florida after coaching the Alabama woman’s team for five years. Over the years Will has coached many runners to first team all Americans, NCAA qualifiers, SEC medals and NCAA championship medals. This conversation was a good one as Will and I discuss his approach to coaching and the mindset that he preaches to his athletes, how he goes about recruiting, how the transition has been from Alabama to Florida and much more.
