Description: Shepherdstown, WV, what to say about that charming, quaint mountain town that's full to the brim with history & ghosts? New St is rather active even though we didn't see anything but there was a noticeable temperature drop when we got there. I did get a chill once or twice there. Shepherdstown Mystery Walks is the tour we took. Very well done, the tour guide is very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, and dresses in period clothing. We met with her before the tour where we got a bit more than what is told on the tour.
