He has studied martial arts most of his life and currently holds black belts in Judo and BJJ.
He has won medals at the IJF Grand Prix , the IJF Grand Slam, The World Masters,The Pan American Championships, The Pan American Games and a Silver Medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
He primarily teaches out of the Fuji Gym in Wakefield, Mass and also teaches at Renzo Gracie Fort Lee in New Jersey.
