Having seen her share of hard times growing up in Canton, North Carolina, she started singing in church when she was five years old when her Mother would take her. Lee’s love of music grew as a child when her Daddy played country classics like Hank Williams, Loretta Lynn, Tammy Wynette and Patsy Cline around the house.
