Description: I never took the time to really speak from an understanding space when it came to this situation. I would speak from a place of hatred, words drowned out by my bitterness and disbelief of what happened. I removed the understanding I had for people to be angry at him. I am now able to speak about this from a different mindset, one that's in therapy, and practicing meditation. Giving him grace as I give myself grace offers me the ability to tell this story from what I believe is a fair perspective.
