Does the First Amendment mean that the government cannot base its laws and policies on God's word? And how can the government be "neutral" in the classroom? To give a real-life example, I look at Policy 321 that is being proposed in the Central Bucks School District in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. That policy attempts to keep the classroom neutral.
