We don’t tend to give our breathing a thought unless we can’t easily breathe, we’re in yoga class or trying to meditate mindfully. Breathing is a process which connects our mind and body to regulate our emotions, mood, metabolism and longevity, especially if done well.  In revival is an old trend, referred to as ‘breathwork’. Combined with counteracting stress and re-engaging with curiosity, creativity and hope, we can shake off numbness and resurrect a state of flow and engagement with life again.
