During the call, Meza also implicated himself in the 2019 murder of 66-year-old Gloria Lofton. Upon his apprehension by the U.S. Marshals, Meza was found with a bag containing zip ties, duct tape, ammunition, and a pistol, leading authorities to believe he was ready to kill again.
