Description: Caroline grew up with a father as a doctor and a mother who was a NICU nurse. During 3rd, 4th and 5th grade Caroline and her 2 siblings lived in Africa in a boarding school as their parents cared for the people of Africa. In high school Caroline heard about a baby who had a baboon heart transplanted and that experience in-planted in her heart the desire to be a NICU nurse too.
