His research interests include mental toughness, resilience, and performance psychology. Also, he is involved with resilience projects with the Youth Justice Service, and mental toughness projects with the Manchester City Football Club and the England and Wales Cricket Board. I invited Dr. Beattie onto All Bodies Outside because I wanted to learn about how athletes can train themselves to strongly perform in pressurized situations.
